Our Story

Since 1978, Don Kennedy has represented a commitment to providing high quality services to the customer. With our roots in roofing, our exterior cleaning department takes services we've provided for decades to the next level.

We entered the industry as  a one stop shop to help ensure our customers warranties would remain valid. Without proper cleaning and maintenance, you can void the warranty on those big home improvements and end up having to spend even more money. 

Under the leadership of Don’s oldest son, Donnie, we are proud to provide you with a new type of service as the same great company you already know and trust.

Don Kennedy Roofing was established in 1978. Don Kennedy Exterior Cleaning was formally established in 2021, though we are an extension of our service and maintenance department which has provided cleaning services since 1995.

The frequency of cleaning depends on the type of material. 

We recommend roof cleanings every 2 years, windows twice per year, and hard surfaces like driveways, parking lots, and sidewalks twice per year.

At minimum, we recommend cleaning windows and hard surfaces once per year.
